Executive Coaching
Uncover what shapes your leadership.
See differently. Lead differently.
The faster you run, the harder it is to see.Leadership is full of paradoxes.
Leaders are expected to have answers—even when there are none.
Deliver results, and care for people.
Decide quickly, but wisely.
Be confident, and remain real.
Control vs Trust.
Performance vs Relationships.
Clarity vs Complexity.
Role vs Self.
Leadership maturity begins with the capacity to stay with paradox.
What We Create Together
I don’t help leaders solve problems.
I invite them to notice the assumptions creating those problems.
Leaders are constantly evaluated—expected to have answers and decide quickly.
That leaves almost no space to think without judgment—free from role, expectation, and consequence.
I create a safe space for thinking. Better thinking leads to better decisions.
Think More Freely
Stay With Complexity
In leadership, there is rarely space to say "I don't know." Yet the most important questions rarely yield immediate answers.
Staying with a question—rather than closing it too soon—often leads to understanding that wouldn't otherwise emerge.
Together, we create space to say "I don't know yet."
Every leader sees the world through their own lens. And every leader has blind spots.
When hidden patterns go unnoticed, opportunities are missed and problems repeat.
Together, we explore what lies beneath the surface: recurring patterns, relational dynamics, organisational culture, unconscious assumptions, and the lens through which they see the world.
See What Is Not Seen
What Changes through Coaching
Executive coaching is a strategic investment in leaders’ inner capacity—strengthening how they respond, decide, and relate, with an impact across the organisation.
For the leader
Lead with greater freedom
Create more choices in how they respond, rather than being driven by habit, pressure, or expectation.
Stay grounded in complexity
Hold uncertainty, tension, and competing demands without losing their centre.
See more clearly
Recognise the assumptions and patterns shaping how they think, relate, and lead.
In leadership practice
Reach the real issue sooner
Move beyond surface symptoms and identify what is actually shaping the situation.
Navigate difficult conversations
Address tension more directly with care and communicate with greater clarity.
Make more conscious decisions
Examine assumptions and competing priorities before acting.

My work brings together three perspectives: leadership across cultures, experience inside executive leadership, and a coaching practice attentive to what lies beneath the surface.
For more than two decades, I built my career across Japan, India, Egypt, the UAE, and France. In Egypt, I served as Head of Sales in a strongly male-dominated automotive industry, within a cultural context different from my own.
Working across cultures, identities, and power dynamics taught me how differently people build trust, exercise authority, interpret behaviour, and lead. This experience helps me work with leaders navigating difference across countries, functions, generations, values, and organisational cultures.
Leadership Across Cultures
For seven years, I served as Chief of Staff, working closely with senior executives from different cultural backgrounds through strategic decisions, organisational change, and uncertainty.
A central part of my role was navigating relationships across senior leaders, functions, and cultures—often where expectations, priorities, and perspectives did not naturally align. This gave me an inside understanding of the unspoken tensions, power dynamics, and isolation that can accompany senior responsibility.
Inside Executive Leadership
I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach and an INSEAD Certified Coach, with more than 700 hours of coaching experience.
At INSEAD, I trained in a systems psychodynamic approach to understanding what lies beneath the surface of the person, the role, and the organisation—including unspoken tensions, authority dynamics, and group patterns.
This helps us reach the heart of what is happening sooner and create choices that are both personally grounded and organisationally relevant.
